The cottage is just minutes from the village shops, boatshed precinct, Tuross Lake boat ramp & a range of swimming & surf beaches. Excellent beach & ocean views to Potato Point & Montague Island.
Please note - Property is unfenced on a sloping block of land & may not be suitable for small children. Off-street grassed parking at top of the block only.
The Space:
This original beach cottage has been updated to provide a comfortable stay whilst retaining the simplicity of times gone by & the retro vibe of the 1950s.
With a wrap-around verandah to three sides & timber flooring the elevated two-bedroom (one queen & two single beds), one bathroom cottage is ideal for a couple or small family.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven & microwave. Gas barbecue & alfresco meals area. Laundry facilities downstairs.
The cottage is just minutes from the village shops, boatshed precinct, Tuross Lake boat ramp & a range of swimming & surf beaches. Excellent beach & ocean views to Potato Point & Montague Island.

Jay and/or Lyne will be waiting to meet you on arrival and provide a brief tour of the cottage, its features, and answer any questions you may have about the property or Tuross Head in general. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have about your stay.
Option 2: "Self Check-In"
If you prefer to or are arriving late, self check-in is available. We will let you know the details a few days prior to check in. This option is great for those who like many enjoy a few stops along the way.
The Neighborhood:
Looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Look no further than Tuross Head. With two lakes and beautiful beaches nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. This is sure to become a favourite spot year round.
Other Things to Note:
• The cottage has no dedicated parking area. Off street grassed parking is possible at the front of the cottage, however please be cautious in wet weather not to go to far from the road. We must ask that you DO NOT access the property by using the neighbouring driveways! :)
• Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Group Bookings - Sorry, no pets!
• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.
• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 4 Guests.
• Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.
HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.
REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
