A two bedroom home with two bathrooms on a peaceful island. There is a master suite, a bedroom with a queen bed and a sunroom with a fold out sofa. The home is on a large tree covered lot which provides privacy. The Safety Harbor pool, tennis courts and walking trail are just steps away but you don't even known they are there until you pass through the trees. The best beach on the island is about a five minute walk or a two minute golf cart ride to a reserved parking area. The sliding glass door in the living room opens extra wide to allow for wonderful breezes to come through the screened in porch. There is an outdoor sink to make dining outside easier. The porch has ceiling fans and is perfect for sitting on and reading or just relaxing. The top deck is just right for looking at the stars at night.
