Blue Horizon Villa 1 was newly built in August 2013 and lies in an elevated position within the scenic Vlicha Bay which is just a few minutes’ drive to the hugely popular village of Lindos. This luxurious 4 bedroom villa enjoys stunning views over the sea and benefits from a true infinity pool that appears to sink into the Aegean beyond.
With large patio windows and doors that bathe the villa in an abundance of light, the spacious accommodation has an open-plan living area with a luxury kitchen and quality appliances. A centre island, for dining, is located next to the kitchen. There is also a generous seating area, from which to admire the view of the terrace, pool and beyond, or to settle down in the evenings and catch a film on the satellite TV.
Two of the four good sized bedrooms have king-size beds, with the second bedroom having twin beds. All the bedrooms have fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, side tables and bedside lamps. The master bedroom also has its own deluxe en-suite shower room with separate shower cubicle, twin inset basins and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have an additional shower room available across the hall from the rooms and there is also a main bathroom with bath, with shower over, twin basins and WC.
The convenient utility room, which houses the washing machine, also benefits from a small outside courtyard area for drying laundry.
The outside terrace area provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fabulous Rhodian sunshine. Both sides of the fantastic 8 x 5 metre, mosaic tiled, infinity pool is an area laid to lawn, which is perfect for catching the rays and the rest of the terrace benefits from non-slip wooden block paving. Under the shade of a large pergola sits a large dining table, with chairs, for sharing memorable moments dining alfresco. Guests will love using the built-in BBQ and cooling off in the terrace shower cubicle.
The terrace is a great place to be, any time of the day, and guests will enjoy revelling in the tranquillity of the bay and taking in the stunning views. Magical in the evenings, when the sun is setting, the terrace becomes a little haven at the end of another perfect day.
