The apartment has open plan living / kitchen area, bedrooms are quiet, away from street and neighbourhood noise. The fresh ocean air flowing through is rejuvenating and a joy to live in.
Bathroom has a large tub and filtered shower water. Kitchen has granite bench tops, a gas stove and mid-sized fridge. Eco-flam cookware, 4 slice toaster and all the necessities for 4 person dining.
Enjoy heavenly sleep with the ocean sounds to soothe you. One of the best night's sleep ever in brand new posturepedic beds.

2-5 min walk to bus stops. Taxi rank nearby so calling a cab is easy.
15 mins drive to city downtown. 5-10 mins to Bondi junction and train.
Large flat screen TV. Please keep music volume low with consideration for our neighbours. Thank you.
The ocean is at your doorstep. Marks Park is next to the security building.
World famous Bondi to Bronte walk is through the back gate.

Other things to note
No parking space is available. Parking is restricted to 2 hours directly out front and a temporary parking permit can be obtained from Waverley Council for $46 AUD. Alternatively, unlimited free street parking can be found within a 10 minute walk away near Farrellys Ave.
Portacot and highchair hire is available for $50 AUD per item/stay.
There is one flight of stairs down from the street to access building entry and a couple of steps up to the apartment on the first floor. No lift access.
Please note the building next door is currently under construction. While noise levels vary from day to day and are generally relatively low, some days may be noisier than others depending on the works getting completed that day. Please feel free to contact us for any updates in regards to noise levels.
