Hill-top guest house (one bedroom, one bath), with stunning 360 degree views, on 1.25 acres or Sonoran Desert, with rare landscaping that can't be replicated (you can't make this).
In 1911, Teddy Roosevelt compared the area to, "the Alp.. the Rockies.. the Grand Canyon, but with something none of the others have,... undefinable,... inspiring, most sublime."
Lots of wildlife.
Tons of activities and destinations nearby.
Room for trailers, (boat, trailer, horse...)
20ish minutes to Canyon Lake ONLY 37 to the Phoenix airport.
Perhaps the only 1000 ft cliffs in a metropolitan suburban in North America. These cliffs are about a mile away.
Smores and firewood for your 1st night, gas or woods fires.
High speed internet.
Access to larger oven (simple) and more sleeping quarters may be available in main house.
Superstition Mountain and this neighborhood, guard the entrance,... the "Apache Gap."
Being here is very reminiscent to some of the finest National Parks, but with 2x6 walls, electricity, flushing toilets, and everything close enough.
Enjoy the toot-toot of the train, in the distance.
A massive high-end grocery store and Starbucks are 8ish minutes away.
But, you can bicycle to the Goldfield Ghost town and the coffee shop there.
