A unique and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, the place is spacious and comfortable for large groups of friends, business travellers, and families. All rooms are equipped with the comforts of home and there are decorative pieces throughout. Whether you are coming to Toronto to experience the city, visit relatives, or attend a conference, it will certainly be an enjoyable place to stay. All three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen sized beds. Extra sheets and towels are provided along with a washer and dryer. Netflix and high speed wifi is at your fingertips!

Please note that this is a semi-detached house (and is 120 years old). I share a wall with my neighbours and because of the style and age of the house, you can occasionally hear them through the wall. Please be mindful of loud noises in the unit because they will be able to hear you too (especially after 10pm).
Please note the shower is a handheld shower. It's very European! This means you can either sit or stand in the tub and then use the handheld. You can also take a bath!
Please also note that while I have a private backyard, noise travels easily. Please respect my neighbours and keep noise to a minimum while outside.
Please remove your shoes while in the house. Only registered guests allowed in the house. Smoking of any kind is not allowed (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping). All guest must strictly adhere to check in and check out times. The backyard is for your enjoyment, but please refrain from noise, especially after hours. Thanks!
