All the bathrooms in this home are freshly renovated and beautifully modern!
The Main house master ensuite bathroom has two sinks, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Right down the hall is the bathroom shared by the other two main house bedrooms, which has two sinks (with TONS of counter space) and a shower/tub combo. Off the main living area there is a half bath to use for all or another large sink area to use to get ready with.
In The Barn, there are two identical bathrooms with a single sink and a shower.

The kitchen continues with the same vintage vibe that is so perfectly designed through the entire living area. With lots of counter space and bar tops seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining! It comes fully equipped for all cooking and meal prep needs. Off the kitchen is nook seating for 5.
Sharing the living room is the dining area that sits 16 between the two side by side tables so that everyone can sit down and share a meal comfortably.

As you walk into the home, you're greeted with the big, open living room, which has comfy seating and a fun, vintage vibe! It's a great place for your movie or game nights, where the family can sit together in this cozy space!
☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆
Up at The Barn, decorated with all the neon with a 90s vibe, the main living area is the game room. It is filled with 3 different classic video game stations and another large screen smart TV with a massive sectional couch to view a movie or the big game! Also sits a table for 6 to play one of our board games or build a puzzle.
☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
The main house patio consists of a Hot Tub, Outdoor Dining Area with large smart TV, and a Propane BBQ Grill.
Down the steps is the large inground pool, big enough for everyone to relax or splash around.
Further down the walkway towards the dock is a fire pit designed to enjoy the starry nights, and the cool breeze off the lake as you end the day.
The private dock also has a covered stall, bring your own boat, tie it up at the house for the entirety of your stay.
Out in between the Main House and The Barn is a competitor’s dream, basketball and a premium outdoor ping pong table allows for the whole family to put together a tournament to determine who is the king of the table or the court.
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarette or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors)
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level at all times so as to not disturb neighbors.
- No bookings or reservations from local residents.
- Age requirement of 25 years or older
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property
- The primary guest whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying at the property. A guest may not book a reservation for someone else.
- Total of “16” guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants).
- There will be a separate Rental Agreement Form to sign before arriving and receiving lock codes. If Rental Agreement is not signed, access will not be given.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 6:00 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio, including voices, at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
- Guest Manual provided in the property will go over additional instructions/rules to be followed.
- If rules are violated, guests will be charged accordingly and/or asked to leave the property.
