The direct waterfront cottages pictured will be vacant.
Mink Cottage (named after Mink Island on Winnipesaukee) is perched on the top of the property with beautiful views of the lake and a stairway away from the large waterfront deck, boat dock, and small yard.
The open-concept, bright living space is inviting and cozy to hang out in. There's a smart t.v with cable for your entertainment, or you can sit back and take in the view and breeze that always seems to be blowing. A covered porch with two rocking chairs is yours to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine (or maybe your morning wine and afternoon coffee- ha!).
Mink Cottage kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, wine fridge, a coffee station with Keurig, and a small bar area to store your favorite wine or liquor.
There are three bedrooms, each with an a/c unit. Two rooms have queen beds with fresh white linens and decorative pillows. The third bedroom features a built-in bunk bed with a little hiding area underneath lit with lights (not much hiding if the lights are on)!
Mid-week rentals have the added bonus of enjoying the waterfront privately. Our large deck sits over the water with plenty of seating and dining options. There are kayaks and a paddle board available. Sonos speakers allow you to play your favorite music while swimming, sunning, and dancing. Mother nature's late sunsets will give you additional hours to enjoy!
When it comes to the evening, the property transforms into a magical place illuminated by white lights on the walkways, cottage, and underwater blue lights invite you to enjoy hours of night fishing and swimming from the dock (always a renter favorite!).
