Parking
Guests can pull into the driveway to the left of the building for the purpose of unloading/loading luggage. Street parking is available, both free, permitted and metered options. Please look for signs to ensure you are parked legally and avoid blocking driveways. You will need a parking permit on Little Rock Ave. We provide 1 resident parking permit for use during your stay to place on the dashboard of your car. YOU MUST RETURN THE PERMIT TO THE UNIT BEFORE CHECK-OUT. THERE IS A $100 FEE FOR MISSING PERMITS.
THERE IS NO PARKING ON OUR BLOCK TUESDAYS BETWEEN 7AM - 9AM FOR STREET CLEANING.
Uber, Lyft, cab companies, and the Atlantic City Jitney (first stop at Jackson Ave) are all easy ways to get around. Additionally, AAAA Bike Shop is one block away and rents bicycles both daily and weekly. Most of the island is bike-friendly with designated bike lanes.
• During your stay with us, we provide you with two beach tags to access
the beautiful beaches nearby. It's important to note that there is a $30
fee for each unreturned beach tag, so please ensure that they are
returned before your departure.
• Two (2) beach chairs are provided but beach towels are NOT provided so
please bring your own.
• As for transportation needs, you can choose from various options such
as Uber, Lyft, taxi services, and the Atlantic City Jitney, which has its first
stop at Jackson Ave.
• Additionally, the AAAA Bike Shop, conveniently located just one block
away, offers daily and weekly bicycle rentals. With the majority of the
island featuring designated bike lanes, you'll find the area to be a bike-
friendly destination.
HOUSE RULES-
1) No House Parties.
The neighbors are quick to call if anything begins to get out of hand, so please do not intend to have a party or it will be shut down immediately and your reservation will end without refund.
2) Occupancy limits and restrictions: Be sure to book with the correct number of guests and no pets. Unless given prior approval from the host, you cannot have any more than 2 persons in or on the property at any one point in time and no pets are allowed. A violation of this could result in immediate removal of all guests without refund and will result in a $100/per person per day penalty and/or $300 pet fine.
3) Self check-in: Please inform your host of your anticipated check in and check out time so we can efficiently coordinate our turnovers. This is a self check-in property.
