Summary: The house was fine- cute/cozy with plenty of space and had all the right kitchen items to cook our meals. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Had no communication from the host- the check in details were automated. While it was fine, just strange they didn't reach out to make sure things were going well (stayed at plenty of vrbos and have always had communication with a host). The side door needs a deadbolt- it's by code only and if anyone has that code- they can get in, so I didn't like that. The showers could have been cleaned better. It was requested that we pull all the sheets off the bed for the cleaner- and the mattress pads have stains, so that was gross to see- host needs to replace those. Neighborhood noise at night was terrible- but not at the fault of the host.
