This quaint home is located on a wide canal in Taylor Creek Isles, 10 minutes from the lock that leads into Lake Okeechobee, Florida's largest freshwater lake. Come and enjoy some of Florida's best fishing and hunting. Hike or bike the nearby scenic trails, or just sit back and enjoy the natural beauty, wildlife and sunsets while sipping a cool drink from the second story boat dock. This home will not disappoint.
This 2 bed/2bath home has been recently updated. It is centrally located close to stores, restaurants, attractions and events. Guests will have exclusive use of entire property, including 2 story boat dock (boat Lift lift/ slip is available for an extra fee). The home is equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and new Samsung washer and dryer in laundry room. We offer High speed internet, 50" Smart TV in Sunroom with antenna for local programming and a 43" Roku in living room which can be used with your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon or other streaming service. There is no cable tv service in home.
Covered front and back patio with comfortable furniture & gas bar-b-que grill. Dock with water, electric and fish cleaning station.
Driveway can accommodate 2 large trucks or 4 smaller vehicles. Plenty of room in yard for boat and boat trailer. Water/hose and 110 outlet available within 15 feet of driveway.
