Located on a friendly cul-de-sac and a FLAT LOT making accessibility easy (especially during those winter months) and adds a fun space for children to ride bikes and play basketball outdoors with friends.
After a long day of exploring beautiful Calaveras County, relax on one of the multiple decks at sunset, fire up a meal on the grill and enjoy dinner and drinks at the outdoor dining table. Don’t forget to use the covered fire pit on the spacious deck for roasting marshmallows or to keep warm.
