With this home we've got to start in the backyard! Get ready for backyard envy because this yard has it all. Private hot tub; sun loungers for getting a tan; propane fire pit with 4 cozy lounge chairs; outdoor bar area with smart TV above; lounge area with couch, chairs and another smart TV; charcoal grill; trampoline for the kids (or adults feeling young) to enjoy; and of course plenty of yard space for yard games or a game of backyard kickball!
Once you've finished dreaming about the backyard, step inside to find a perfectly furnished 3 bedroom home with a large open living area, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, private office, home gym and 3 car garage. The fully stocked kitchen has all you need to cook a well made meal for the group. Enjoy coffee from the Keurig on us while you stay! The dining area seats 4 at the table and 3 more up at the bar top. The living area is open to the kitchen/dining so it makes it perfect for entertaining the whole group. In the living area you'll find a large curved smart TV, a modern electric fireplace and comfy sectional sofa. Just off of the living area is the office which is separated by sliding glass doors and gives you great privacy from the rest of the house.
As you explore the bedrooms you'll find a split floor plan with the master bedroom secluded to the far side of the home. The oversized master bedroom has a luscious king size bed, smart TV for streaming from bed and black out curtains so you don't wake up with the sun! The ensuite bath has a large soaking tub, walk in shower with glass door and dual vanities. You'll also find a huge walk in closet if you need the extra space while you stay.
Across the house you'll find bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen size bed with a smart TV for streaming from bed and a closet for clothing storage. Bedroom 3 has two twinXL beds, black out curtains and a closet for clothing storage.
Lastly, the 3 car garage will be ready for 2 vehicles to be stored inside if you'd like while the third garage is setup as a home gym with stationary bike and weight system.

You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a 1/3 acre lot and has a very flat and fully fenced backyard making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the charcoal grill on the back patio while you soak in the hot tub, stare at the firepit and watch the 2 smart TVs.
We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them. All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.
