This home provides a spacious and comforting atmosphere with sleeping arrangements for up to 15!
Not to mention, the serene landscaping providing a picturesque escape for all who visit.
This home is managed by Narragansett Properties. We are available to guests as needed.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
Bedroom 1 (2nd floor Primary) - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) - Queen bed and pullout sofa w/ queen mattress
Roost (3rd floor) - Twin bed
Bedroom 3 (1st floor) - Double bed
Bedroom 4 (finished basement floor) - Double + twin bunk bed, twin bed, and pullout sofa w/ double mattress
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: This is a beautiful house, in a great location. The house was immaculate and the rooms were very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, and kitchen appliances and utensils. There is access to a private beach which is within walking distance but there is no parking. We found it easier to purchase a beach pass to the state parks since we had three very small children with us. For us, that worked well. The management company is very easy to work with and responds to any inquiries very quickly. The house is air conditioned except for the finished basement which has bunk beds and a day bed and can sleep several. There is a dehumidifier there but the room is warm. Perhaps the addition of a unit would be helpful. We left the upstairs doors open hoping that the cooler air would filter down but it never really reached a truly comfortable temperature. All in all it was a good stay and we would have rated it 5 stars were it not for the issue of the basement room.
