Val Vista Lakes is one of the most sought-after communities in the east valley.
With many parks, beautiful lakes and an amazing community center, it is the ideal location for families and friends.
This home comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. HomeSlice Stays is taking the extra mile to ensure that this home is fully sanitized before your arrival. Hotel grade amenities are provided, including Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Body Soap, wrapped sponge, cleaning and disinfectant spray, new paper towels, wrapped toilet paper, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Base rate is based on 5 Guests / Additional Guests are $20 per night, per guest. This fee will be added post booking due to system limitations. (Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.) (Children 6 and under are free of charge)
We love your furry friends but it’s case by case and there is a non-refundable fee of $150 for small dogs 20 pounds and below and a $250 pet fee for 20 pounds above per pet. This will need to be collected prior to your stay. Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. We only allow small dogs, no cats. We must be made aware of your furry friends because our owners ask us to know and make sure it's addressed, if you don't that will incur a fine of $500.

This centrally located neighborhood is easy to access from the I-60.

Val Vista lakes has an amazing country club that includes a man-made sandy beach pool and sparkling waterfalls.
It also includes a great facility for working out. However, there is a $205 additional charge and form submission.
Getting Around
Uber to shopping in less than 5 minutes.
Centrally located between Sky Harbor Airport and Mesa Gateway Airport.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

• No Smoking of any kind, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows.
• No parties or events. No photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.
• Confetti's and glitters are not allowed
•Please do not flush anything else besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. or any non-flushable wet wipes. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge of the costs of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.
