Positive: I stayed at this hotel in Singapore for three nights, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely polite, well-behaved, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore! আমি সিঙ্গাপুরে এই হোটেলে তিন রাত অবস্থান করেছি, এবং এটা ছিল একটি চমৎকার অভিজ্ঞতা। হোটেলের স্টাফরা অত্যন্ত ভদ্র, বিনয়ী এবং সবসময় হাসিমুখে সাহায্য করতে প্রস্তুত ছিল। রুমটি পরিষ্কার, পরিচ্ছন্ন এবং খুবই আরামদায়ক ছিল। চেক-ইন থেকে চেক-আউট পর্যন্ত সবকিছুই ছিল ঝামেলামুক্ত এবং সুন্দরভাবে পরিচালিত। তাদের আতিথেয়তা ও যত্ন সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়। সিঙ্গাপুরে আসলে এই হোটেলটি আমি অবশ্যই সুপারিশ করবো।

Negative: However, the only issue I faced was with the air conditioner — the temperature control didn't work properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Despite that, I truly appreciated their hospitality and would still recommend this hotel to others visiting Singapore.
