Summary: Amazing stay because: - very big comfy room, nice bed, nice balcony - amazing restaurant, refilled continuously for breakfast and dinner buffet, very nice kids buffet - nice kids area and gym for a small training - friendly receptionists and cleaning staff To improve - room key system: costed us 2 hours to get a hard key in the end (the card system wasn’t working) - personnel: the local manager by the time of our stay was very unfriendly with us and not professional; he also treated his employees (in front of customers) rudely. The personnel in general didn’t seem to have much experience, also we found difficult to speak German (local language),so more than once we switched to English.
