Summary: This is a brand new hotel still in development but the hotel staff were fantastic in ensuring our stay was memorable. The hotel was very clean and most staff were accommodating. Only staff that need a bit of work were the pool staff that didn’t speak very good English. They struggled to understand what we required. The location is brilliant not on top of the high action but literally a 2 minute walk to everything. The rooms were lovely and clean and perfect for our stay. The breakfast and lunch meals were of high standard and food was fresh. Only downside was breakfast arrangements you only had 6 choices and only allowed one drink. A buffet breakfast would have been nicer as we like a hot breakfast and then a pastry or fruit plus go back for a top up coffee but none of this was allowed. The waiter specifically said no when we asked for more coffee. The only other downfall was our flight was late at night and on check out at 10am the wonderful hotel reception staff let us keep our luggage in a safe room and we were able to stay round the pool. The downfall was on going to the airport we asked for a courtesy room to get changed and showered for our journey home and all they had was a changing room and toilets .. No showers. Such a shame and maybe as hotel is not ready yet this will change. In all a great stay and will most certainly return.
