Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.
Security cameras are located at the front and the back of the property. Ring doorbell, Ring camera in the backyard and one over the garage in the front. There is also a noise alert system in the home.

If the Police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.
