This pristine Mountain Modern estate fuses luxury with raw nature. All sustainable, organic and solar. The property uses structured water throughout, even in the salt infinity pool.
Staying at Black Oak is healthy and feels good. Every amenity is included, with firepits, infinity oasis, gorgeous spa and all the stars you could want.
An open plan, designed by famed Kristi Sandford, brings beautiful nature indoors and offers high-end appliances. Sleeps 10-16. Take some Pachamama coffee onto the magnificent terrace early, soak in the morning and the incredible views to the Sierras. The cloud cover is wide open and magnificent.
Unusual desert mountain landscaping greets you from every direction including Ponytail palms, Aloe Hercules, Butia Palms and Bird of Paradise trees. The goal was to create a lush oasis in the middle of remote NorCal.
The owner will be onsite during your stay should you need anything. Otherwise you won't see him.
