The Home:
Amazing Outdoor Adventures: The solar heated saltwater pool is set in front of a stunning private cove with views of Brasstown Bald (Highest Peak in all of GA)!
The pool temperatures are consistently between 70-80 degrees between the months of mid May to early October and then the pool transitions to a cold plunge pool between 40-70 degrees during the months of November to April.
The swimming and fishing dock allow water access right in the backyard to amazing kayaking, trout & bass fishing as well as swimming in the private cove on Lake Chatuge!
Spacious Living: Relax in the cozy living area featuring high ceilings, a stone fireplace, and large windows that frame breathtaking mountain views. The open floor plan ensures a comfortable flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. A 75 inch smart TV for movie night or for watching the big game!

The guests have access to the lake house and 2+ acres of property, private solar heated pool area, swimming & fishing dock.
** The Cove Water Levels**
Between late September to early March The Lake Cove Water Levels recede as part of the TVA flood management process. What emerges in the back of the property is a beautiful trout stream fed from the Fodder Creek into Lake Chatuge!
**Pool Notice:**
Summer Months (May - October) The pool is solar cover heated to typically between 70-85 degrees.
Winter Months (November - April) The pool transitions into a cold plunge pool with temperatures typically between 50- 70 degrees.
By booking this property, you acknowledge that swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool includes both a deep end and a shallow end. Please be advised: no jumping off the deck is allowed. Additionally, if you plan to swim in both the lake and the pool, it’s mandatory to shower in between to prevent additional maintenance issues for the pool equipment.
**Guest Policy:**
We have a Strict 'No Outside Guest' Policy on the property and outdoor spaces. The space is designed for the number of people who booked on the reservation maximum and are registered guests for the stay ONLY. Penalty of up to $250 per person per day**
** We have a strict NO pets policy on the property for allergy reasons of the owners and for our other guests preference. Penalty of up to $250 per animal per day**
**Fireplace Notice:**
Absolutely no indoor fires are allowed. Please note that the indoor fireplace is for decoration only
