Hello,
We rent our holiday home near Murcia in the south of Spain.
There are 2 bedrooms, 6 people maximum. Front terrace, sunny rear terrace, private pool and solarium (roof terrace). Parking 2 cars.
The price includes: charges, wifi and IPTV, bed linen, dish towels, bath towels and end of stay cleaning.
Nearest airport:
Murcia 40 minutes drive.
Alicante + or - 1 hour.
Almeria + or - 1 hour.
Essential car on site. Beaches 15 minutes drive. Bars, restaurants, shops 5 minutes.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, with shutters and cupboards. Bathroom with bath shower, washbasin and WC. Living room with sofa bed, air conditioning and LED TV 127cm. Kitchen and dining room with all the necessary comfort. Washing machine. Near the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón.
Refurbished in June 2018.
From October to May 400 € per week, June and September 500 € the week and July and August 700 € the week. More info and availability in mp.
