Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a great room, with all new furnishings and decor, plus a piano for the musician in the family. The living areas are elegantly furnished with plush sofas, designer décor, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of pool area, fruit trees and outdoor kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Adjacent is a sophisticated dining area perfect for hosting memorable dinners.

We are located just minutes away from the prestigious westside Paso Robles wineries, plus a two minute drive (or pleasant neighborhood walk) to Trader Joes grocery store or Templeton's quaint Main Street.
Guests are required to provide the following to finalize their reservation through our reservation software after booking: Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and complete the authorization for the security deposit 2 days prior to arriving at the property.
POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange heating for your stay. The typical cost is $400 for a two- to three-night visit, and heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay. The pool temperature can be set to the low to mid 80s and generally, the ideal temperature for a pool is between 78°F and 85°F, although most adults prefer 85°F to 89°F. Spa heating is complimentary year-round, and we kindly ask that usage be limited to one hour per day to help conserve energy.
For guest safety and water quality, we cannot heat the pool above 85°F. At higher temperatures, algae and bacteria can grow, and chlorine becomes less effective at keeping the water clear and safe.
*NOTE: This is NOT a party house. We strictly enforce our quiet hour of 10pm, and any large or loud gathering will be shut down immediately, and could result in an immediate eviction with no refund. Please do not book this home if you are planning a loud gathering or want to stay up very late outside. No pool or spa use after 10pm. This is a family home in a family neighborhood, so we are looking to book guests that appreciate and respect that fact. Please don't make us be the bad guys here....we don't like it and you won't either :)
