Villa Ca'n Vent is located in the south of Mallorca in the municipality of Campos, next to Es Trenc beach, which includes kilometers of virgin coastline.
The property is built on a fenced plot of 45,722 m2 where you arrive through the high electric gates. The entire property is charmingly ‘rustic’ and ‘traditional’ but has every possible modern amenity.
The layout of this rural complex with its 3 separate living quarters (one very large main house and two smaller buildings) meant that at no time you will feel crowded.
The main house offers a spacious living room with a set of comfortable sofas and armchairs, a TV, a cast iron fireplace, and a dining table; a separate fully equipped kitchen with a dining area; three bedrooms all with a double bed; and two bathrooms (the one en suite with a bathtub and the other one with a shower).
The former main house of the complex is now restored and offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, a small kitchen fully prepared for comfortable cooking, and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The old mill, also restored, offers two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom.
Every comfortable bedroom has large shuttered French doors, and the front room has several on either side of the huge room.
There is easily adjustable air-conditioning throughout the entire property: each AC unit is individually controlled so at night every bedroom (and the front room) can be set to just how you wanted it. Free internet is fast enough to stream movies on mobile devices and it covered the entire property living quarters, verandas, pool areas, etc.
The outdoor territory of the property is also spectacular:
Three verandas surround the main house, and each one serves as a separate chill-out area. One of them has a lovely brick-built BBQ and large comfortable soft seating that absorb the last direct rays and two rocking chairs talking long into the night.
A large swimming pool (with up to 1,80m in depth) which as with the rest of the property is not overlooked from anywhere else – so feels entirely private. The pool area is sun-soaked until late in the evening and offers a hot/cold shower next to it, a big solarium with sunbeds, large porches, and terraces for sunbathing, eating, or simply relaxing on its sofas and swing hammocks.
The house is designed so that each area seems to come into its own as the sun moves over the sky: its movement almost guides you naturally to utilize all areas of the villa and have an entirely different experience as you relaxed. In this way, you will feel comfortable sitting elsewhere in a different environment with a different vibe as we relaxed with a glass of wine and a sizzling barbequed steak.
In the evening after the sun goes down the outside of the property could be softly illuminated by numerous wall-mounted and free-standing warm-hued lights that give it a romantic relaxed ambiance.
Apart from all the above mentioned you will have at your disposal a restored dairy with a games room, a plowed field, garrigue, and native vegetation with more than two hundred trees including almond, fig, carob, and fruit trees. With the 6-foot gate and perimeter wall, both adults and kids can go and see the horses, and chickens or just generally wander in safety which is so important. From the farm, you can access the bike path to reach the beach or the town.
For family leisure, it also has basketball hoops, ping pong, table football, and darts. Near the property lives the person who takes care of it and who can offer you extra services of babysitting, cooking, extra cleaning or changing of sheets, doing shopping (alimentary and basic items), etc. for an additional fee.
