Positive: Property is in an excellent location with wonderful amenities. Restaurant is one of the best in the area. Bar, outdoor patio and live music is a big plus! Pool/spas are wonderful. Beach access is easy. Security was seen walking property and floors.
Negative: Parking is limited close to rooms. Across the street access is available, but a chore. Main elevator in middle of complex was out. Unloading/loading areas are too busy with no early check in available. Our deck was not cleaned with all furniture having a black residue throughout. Guest WiFi is ok at best. Our personal beach towels were taken from chairs while we were away eating lunch. Not placed in lost and found. No early check in is needed to allow for facility use and parking. Door coded entry and locking was not easy and didn’t work at times. Going to another facility to pick up and drop off booking packet is frustrating. Company was not easy to work with. Room was missing bedroom drawer pulls. Shower didn’t work. Shower/bath tub was small original builders special. Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. Disappointing room for the money we paid.
Summary: Love Villa Capriani! Disappointed we paid as much as we did for a 3 night stay in this room. Never again! Very disappoin
