Villa Charlotte is a luxuriously renovated old country estate in the quiet and dreamy area of central Istria, in the middle of the small town of Radovani, near Visnjan and not far from the tourist pearl of Porec.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 single bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. This unit sleeps up to seven guests. House no. 2 is distributed on 2 levels: with two double bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with living room and a small toilet on the ground floor.
