Summary: Maybe it was the fact that it was the “rainy season” but our room was extremely damp. You could feel the wetness in the air. I ended up with a minor cold by the end of our stay. Room service food was awful. Bucanero food was also well under par. My wife got food poisoning from dinner at Neptune’s one night. Spa was great and the rest of the restaurants were okay I guess. The breakfast buffet was really good and they have a fantastic gym.
