The primary suite enjoys a king bed with an ocean view, and an in-suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom contains two twin beds with an additional sofa that converts into a third twin bed. Check-in time is from 4:00 to 10:00 pm.
Check-out time is from 6:00 to 11:00 am.
No Smoking: We have a strict no-smoking policy. A smoking fine of $500 will be applied if this rule is violated.
No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property. A fine of $300 will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests will be asked to leave.
Exceptions for Emotional Support Pets: We understand the importance of emotional support pets (EMS Pets). If you are traveling with one, please inform us before making your reservation and provide the necessary documentation. The community requires pets to be registered before arrival. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 5 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
Towel Care: Please do not wash white towels with colored beach towels. Any damaged towels must be paid for.
Pool Access Bracelet: Do not lose the pool access bracelet. This will imply a $30 penalty fee.
Strict Enforcement of Maximum Occupancy: We strictly enforce the maximum occupancy rule, and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of your booking or eviction from the property.
Proper Use of Towels and Linens: Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Please avoid staining them with food, grease, or any other substance. Using towels to clean up messes will result in charges from the damage deposit.
No Subletting: Subletting is not allowed.
Interruption of Services: We cannot be held responsible for expenses incurred due to interruptions in water or electrical service. In the event of a water or electricity outage lasting more than 3 hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights. However, consumed nights will not be refunded under any circumstances.
