The apx. 500 years old lovingly restored townhouse is located absolutely tranquil right in the mountain village Fornalutx. The views towards the Tramuntana Mountains are stunning. The old market place is within 2 minutes walking distance. The perfect location for hiking.
The restored townhouse is furnished very tastefully and to a high standard. In the generous hall there is a long wooden dining table. Taking a few stairs you enter the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with an open fire place. Here are the SAT TV and a stereo music system. On the upper floors there are 2 doubble bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. A third bathroom and a third spacious doubble room as well as a beautiful rooftop terrace are located on the top level.
The townhouse has 4 terraces. All are furnished in mediterranean style. From the living room you have direct acces to the barbeque-grill terrace. The whole outside area with its stunnig views makes the place unique.
