With stunning sea views, the villa benefits from clever open plan living, dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor, with smart, contemporary decor both inside and out. There is a double bedroom also on the ground floor, with an ensuite shower room, patio doors opening onto a terrace and a further twin, double and kingsize bedrooms on the second floor with the same ensuite shower rooms and balconies to enjoy the fabulous vistas. On the lower ground floor for those wanting to stay fit is a gym and sauna to enjoy, with another shower room, and there is even a roof terrace up above that for aperitifs as the sun goes down. The sea immediately in front of the complex has a strong current and tides that wash over the sandy compacted sea bottom, so it is recommended to walk 20 minutes east to Careta Bay which is a mecca for extreme sports such as kitesurfing with no less than 3 seperate kite surfing centres and a laid back cantina on hand for some R and R time. The surrounding countryside is flat and open,unspoilt with fields and orchards all around and a lovley peaceful ambience perfect for unwinding. One of our favourite villages nearby is charming Kiti village, with plenty of restaurants and traditional tavernas to choose from and the main square is a great meeting place to sit and people watch.The land around Kiti and the small villages spread across the plains grow crops of artichokes, potatoes, courgettes, tomatoes, gherkins, watermelons and carrots to name but a few and this quiet corner of Cyprus is ideal for a laid back restful holiday, with a chance to test the warm thermal currents that draw the kitesurfers here year after year - the choice is yours!
