- Bedroom 1 (facing East): a queen-size bed (160×200), a TV and a wall closet with two closets.
- Bedroom 2 (West facing) : a double bed (140×190), a TV, a wall cupboard with a closet, a desk corner and a bookcase.
- Bedroom 3 (West facing) : a double bed (140×190) and a wall cupboard with a closet.
- A shower room with Italian shower, storage space, an anti-fog mirror (bluetooth) and a toilet.
Exterior:
- A jacuzzi available from May to the end of September, the rest of the year on request, which can accommodate up to 7 guests with a hydrojet massage system equipped with 180 bubble diffusers and 10 hydromassage jets.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,400 m² with a trampoline, a swing with a slide, badminton games and a ping-pong table.
- A terrace of about 100 m² facing south with furniture (sunbeds, table and chairs, garden furniture and parasol) to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Possibility to play petanque on the path or on a field in front of the house.
For even more comfort: cot, gas barbecue, deep fryer, outdoor clothesline, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, raclette machine, pancake machine... 2 adult bicycles are available, one with a baby carrier, 1 draisienne and 1 child's bicycle.
The house is ideally located near the center of the village of Lavilledieu, in a very pleasant environment, quiet and isolated, without opposite.
