Together with one bathroom with bathtub, three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the villa along with two bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, and some also feature a work desk. On the third floor guests have at their disposal a gym for recreation and a playroom for the youngest guests. The spacious ground floor of the fully air-conditioned Villa Matea is open-plan and abounds in daylight.
