Under a wrought iron alcove, the dining room overlooks an equipped kitchen.

An exit from the kitchen leading to the first floor where we find a large room in a large studio with kitchenette, dining room, living room and a large bed that can be hidden by a curtain, a hammock to put on the large terrace / solarium for lazing or sunbathing.

At 100m from the villa is the beach and 400m the small fishing port where you can buy fresh fish caught.
Next to the port are several grocery stores, a small artisan bakery where you can find excellent bread cakes.
And for those who do not have cars, a taxi rank at very reasonable prices.
