Positive: Villa Utopia is a stunning property in a stunning location. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast on the first day was included and was delightful - we ate it by the pool. It was a 10 minute walk to the local RER (train) station and 45 mins into central Paris for Euro 2.50. Honestly one of the more memorable places we have stayed in through Booking.com.
Negative: Nothing really. It's on a one-way street so a sign on the gate indicating that visitors are in the right place would be helpful since it's not possible to turn around and go back once you have driven past!
