Summary: Room was fantastic for space. Beds are only doubles so my 6’4 husband was uncomfortable but we knew that going in. No way to lock balcony door so having a toddler in the room made this fun. Staff was very accommodating and friendly though not many actually spoke English. Google translate was my friend. Pools in building 1-3 are very cold. Pools in building 4 were very nice but the bar wasn’t open as long. Construction going on in the hotel right below our balcony, staff was exceptional with moving us rooms. Food options are minimal. Snack bar and 2 buffet restaurants that operated at different times so usually only had 1 restaurant option. Hot water was barely warm. Beach was huge and always beach chairs available and clean. There was birds all over. In the restaurants on the tables/chairs/ buffet counters. Staff was good about shooing them away but I’m sure it was very hard to keep sanitary
