The Fig Tree Cottage is a very beautiful cottage located in the town of Vidauban offering all the comforts necessary for a successful stay in Dracénie, South of France. Semi-detached house on the left, it is located in a quiet place between the cities of Vidauban and Le Cannet des Maures. The house has a nice terrace with a large gas barbecue and a separate area with additional comfortable living room a little further. There is ample parking for two cars in the private and secure driveway. The ground floor is a spacious open plan space with a large open kitchen fully equipped with a fridge freezer with water dispenser, a full oven with hob above, washing machine and dishwasher. Other items include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The dining room has a rectangular table and chairs for 6 people. The large open-plan living room has 2 sofas, one of which turns into a sofa bed, and a large flat-screen TV. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet with sink. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The double bedroom has a 140x200 bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has matching twin beds, a bedside table and a wardrobe with storage space. Between the rooms there is a shower room with shower cabin, a sink, a toilet and a heated towel rack. A large air-con unit in the lounge area also reverses for heating out of summer season. Ideally located in Dracénie, 1h from Lac de Sainte-Croix and 45 minutes from Sainte-Maxime. The Fig Tree Cottage is ideal for couples looking for tranquility and wishing to visit the area. Not suitable for people wishing to party.
