Villa with mountain views and pool | House in Robledo de Chavela

Welcome! Our house was built over several years and with great love to enjoy with family and friends in the mountains. Every corner contributes to making the house a cozy home and a place to disconnect and enjoy leisure time.

The space has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. One of the beds is a double bed, and the rest are single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, with space for a total of 9 occupants.

It has 2 bathrooms with bathtubs on the upper floor and a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor. The main bedroom with the double bed is en suite.

The house has two living rooms, the one on the upper floor is a very cozy space with a fireplace and opens onto a terrace with spectacular mountain views. This connects with the dining room and the kitchen with a breakfast bar. On the lower floor, there is another living room also open, leading to the porch and the garden, also with a fireplace. As well as a wine cellar.

The terrace is furnished, and there is a pool with a gazebo in addition to a barbecue area.

The garden has different flowers such as roses, hydrangeas, and camellias, fruit trees such as almond, olive, and pomegranate trees, and also exotic species like bamboos. In addition to having preserved the endemic species of the area, pines, holm oaks, rosemary...

The house also has a pool that is open in the summer season, from June to September. It will also be opened in May if the temperature allows it.

Due to its location in the mountains, a car is necessary to move comfortably around the area. The house is a few minutes from the town of Robledo de Chavela, where basic services can be found, and fifteen minutes from El Escorial, a UNESCO heritage city, with monuments of great historical value and a great atmosphere with good restaurants. Located in the western mountains of Madrid, between the Guadarrama and Gredos mountains, the house is in an area of great biodiversity, ideal for hiking and enjoying the countryside. It is also an hour away from the UNESCO heritage cities of Ávila and Segovia. Feel free to ask us about activities to do around, including visiting vineyards!

It is important to note the following:

Barbecues cannot be held throughout the fire season, which starts in June and ends on October 15, due to municipal regulations. We have an electric grill that can be used during these months as an alternative to the charcoal barbecue.

The pool is only open in the summer season, from June to September. We will also open it in May if the temperature allows it.

It is advisable to have a vehicle since the property is a few minutes by car from basic services.
