Summary: The house was perfect for our family: two grandparents, two parents, two kids. It even had some toys and books for the kids to enjoy. We didn't get to enjoy the porch much because it was colder than expected, but it seems like a great spot for meals in warmer weather.The location was ideal: a meadow out the back door, a sea beach 10 minutes away, the river beach a bit further, but still very much walkable (I don't know how it would feel under the hot summer sun, but in April it was easy).
