Summary: The house was recently renovated and had ownership change. There were some items that needed to be attended to during our stay, however, the owner and management attended us right away and resolver any issues. Next reservations should not have these issues due to the recent change and renovations. The house is very nice and cozy. The community is very nice and park is great for kids. The guess information in the room did say you can borrón a basketball at the front office but they do not have any. Only thing I can think of that was disappointing. It is very close to playa Sosua, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Guards and management is very friendly. There is a grill in the back yard. The yard and pool look great. All in all we certainly enjoyed our stay and would come back.
