Summary: When possible I always choose a W hotel for their great locations and high standards but unfortunately this is not the case with the W Koh Samui. The staff is amazing and doing their best but the hotel is in a desperate need of a renovation. This was probably amazing 15 years ago but now it is worn down and not very impressive. Our shower tiles had dirt and stains all over and looked like something one would expect at 2-3 star hotell. The thai restaurant was not great. Very disappointed.
