With vaulted ceilings and hardwood decor, Waiulaula 322 has an open floor plan with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean and mountain views, a private entrance to the pool deck, and a large en-suite bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower. A private office is also attached to the master suite. The second master suite has a king size bed, ocean views, a private entrance to the pool deck, and a big en-suite bathroom with an extra-large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed, garden views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The spacious living room is connected to a fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes a gas range stove top and wine fridge. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections.
