Welcome to Aqua Bay! This beautiful three-story home has 3-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. Located in the exclusive community of Conrad Beach on the north end of Longboat Key.
Conrad Beach has a large community pool, steps from the house, where you can relax and soak up that Florida sunshine. You are also only 300 feet from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf.
Upon entering the home, you will find a small bench for you to get your shoes on for your day of adventure! There is also access to the garage on the first level. The garage has a ping pong table for everyone to enjoy! As you make your way up to the second level, you will find the gourmet kitchen. This kitchen has stainless-steel appliances with a large island in the center. To the left of the kitchen, you will find the first living room, which has a plush leather couch, two adjoining day chairs and a large screen television. Sliding doors open up to an East-facing patio. The second living room is to the right of the kitchen, and has a large couch with an adjoining day chair. This room combines with a dining with a table that can accommodate up to eight. There is a set of sliding glass doors leading out to another patio, with gorgeous Western views of the mature and lush landscaping as well as outdoor seating for eight.
The second level also includes a bathroom with an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The third level of the house is where the bedrooms are. The first bedroom has two twin-size beds with plenty of space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a custom-built closet.
The master bedroom is divine. There is a king-size bed, two adjoining day chairs, and a set of sliding glass doors leading out to your private balcony with two sets of chaise lounges. The master bathroom is set up like a spa. There is an updated dual vanity, a large soaking Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, and a gorgeous custom-built closet. The third floor also has a bonus room and it is a great space for the kids to play their favorite games.
This home is the perfect place to spend your next family reunion, and to make those Kodak moments that will last you a lifetime.
