This location is close proximity to St. Luke's, St. Alphonsous and across the street from the VA hospital. Short walk to Camel's Back park, Hyde Park, Downtown and the River Greenbelt. The foothills are literally outside your doorstep. This space has been remodeled and decorated to be a relaxing environment. Enjoy your coffee in the private, heated sunroom or a make a meal in the full kitchen. This is a duplex type arrangement and noises or cooking aromas may occasionally filter from the adjoining apartment. Washer/dryer available for guest use via laundry room, which is shared by other unit. The second bed is a couch pull out.
