Positive: It was in an xlnt location, the condo itself was very comfortable, clean and sized right. Master bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. However, someone needs to address some maintenance for the price.
Negative: While overall it was a very nice place, a few things left us feeling a little taken for the money. Check in was 4:00. We got there at 4:10 in the blistering heat and couldn't access the property. Code didn't work and we couldn't get hold of anyone to rectify the situation. After an hour standing in the heat, having to go to the bathroom with nowhere to go, one of the owners called and politely gave us a backup code. They were very sorry. So we entered and upon my going into the bedroom I missed stepping on a 2", half alive cockroach. Then, we tried to put our clothes in the closet and the doors wouldn't slide...at all. Next we tried to open the sliding door to the patio and the screen wouldn't slide. Later we started working in the kitchen to find the sink completely clogged and garbage disposal wouldn't work so we were forced to go out and eat, even though that was not our plans. Tried to watch TV in bed to go to sleep and the TV did not work. 1 or 2 of these issues I could have managed to deal with, but this was over the top. The owners were friendly and apologetic, but the only thing that got fixed was the drain and that wasn't until the day before we left. I know things are going to happen when you rent out, but owners need to take responsibility and come see for themselves the condition of their property instead of relying on previous occupants to tell them what's wrong with their place. I feel cheated and believe we are owed some money back for such inconvenience. It's too bad because this was a small, comfortable, cute condo. Neighbors were friendly and pool was near.
