Serene, modern townhouse in the heart of Seabright, Santa Cruz's best neighborhood! Located on a quiet street, within walking distance of Seabright Beach, the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk, and the Yacht Harbor! Newly updated and furnished, with three levels to provide a spacious amount of living area-- great for families. The main level includes a dining room (seats 6 plus 3 at granite-topped breakfast bar), galley kitchen, powder room and fireplace, and a large living room opening onto an open-air deck with chairs/table and gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from oils and spices to tea kettle to martini shaker! Relax in the living room with HDTV (including Roku and DVD player) plus numerous books, puzzles, and games-- and of course wifi access is available throughout the house. Follow the spiral staircase upstairs to the loft, where you'll find a great play and reading area, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and second twin bunk for sleeping also. On the lower level you'll find a master suite with queen bed, walk-in shower with dual showerheads, and dual vanities, along with a second full bath and bedroom with comfy queen bed. Washer/dryer is available for your use, along with two off-street reserved parking spots in our private lot. No need to pack bulky beach gear, as we've provided beach towels, a rolling cooler, beach chairs, blankets and mats-- just bring your sun screen!
