This space has two queen beds in the bedroom, a living room and dining area and a kitchen with basic essentials. There is a couch that can turn into a bed.

You will have access to the basement, backyard and hot tub. The entrance is located on the side of the garage and there are two doors with the same code on the keypad to enter. The code will be sent on the day of check in.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in the heart of Lincoln with a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown. We are also close to the country club golf course and South Pointe Shopping district.
Getting Around:
Please park on the right side of the driveway. Our driveway can fit 2 vehicles on the right side and if there are additional vehicles, there is off-street parking.
Other Things to Note:
This is the basement of the house, so we can’t guarantee completely silence from the guests above. You will probably hear steps and people talking. So, please be aware of it before you book the place. If you think this could be an issue please check our other listings.
