This home is about half way between Blythe and the Martinez Lake area on one of the last few stretches of the natural river. There's usually plenty of sandbars to play on and almost all of the river has a sandy bottom here.
Endless open space and Jeep trails on BLM land are adjoining the development for you to use in the winter months. Everything from hard core hill climbs to easy washes are within just a few minutes of the property. There are also wilderness areas and wildlife preserves nearby for those who wish to see nature and experience hiking in a desert environment that few people ever get to see.
We do have an RV space available on the property with 30 amp service, water and sewer for an additional fee. The property is fully fenced and gated.
