Your violation fine may be in excess of $5,000 or more per occurrence and an immediate notice to vacate the property will be served for any party, noise or police complaint. Any fine levied against the landlord by the Police or City related to tenants’ conduct (noise/music/parties/disruptive behavior) will be billed to tenant and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Any cited noise violation carries during the stay carries the maximum possible City fine of up to $5,000.00 which will be taken from the deposit.
