Located on the magnificent Coorong, the home of Storm Boy, this is a modern holiday house to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this iconic part of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Whether you want to sail, kayak, swim, birdwatch or just read a book and soak up the view, this property is the perfect place to do it all. It has its own jetty and outdoor seating area right on the water. The birdlife is abundant, including Mr Percival!
This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with views from every room. The main living, kitchen, dining area is open plan with a sliding door to the deck. The property has all mod cons including reverse cycle ducted air cond, two televisions, free WiFi, Netflix, and a coffee pod machine. There is a pool table in the garage, BBQ, kayak/canoe with life jackets, and a games console.
Just 10 minutes to all the attractions of Goolwa (pubs, cafes, wine bars, art gallery etc), about 7 mins to the fabulous Islander Tavern on the Marina at Hindmarsh island, the Mundoo Channel Boat Ramp is extremely close, and the Coorong Café and the Murray Mouth lookout are just a few mins away. There is so much to do, or just relax and do nothing!
