Kitchen is a dream, gas cooktop, french door fridge, granite counters. Breakfast bar, with dining in the sunroom. Washer and dryer, in downstairs bath. Also enjoy the Sand Hill Cranes, that stop by and Visit almost daily, and many other Birds that stop By. Gas Grill, and Griddle for your outdoor barbeques, and Gas Fire Pit For Your Evening Enjoyment, on the Dock. Caretakers live across the street for your convenience.
